Sure, it wasn't exactly inexpensive but it was still acceptable for what I got.

The inn features a beautiful classic building with immaculately tended grounds. The outdoor dining area adds a lovely touch. Our traditional king room had an updated bathroom, and the king-sized bed was comfortable. It's also close to downtown, perfect if you're visiting philips exeter.

I had a wonderful time enjoying a good morning coffee in the charming back garden while being just a short stroll from Swasey Parkway, a lovely green space perfect for walking and relaxing, which really added to my experience in this quaint town.

Clean, excellent value hotel, the location was marvellous and perfect really close to Hampton Beach as well as the in house Epoch restaurant for dinner. The breakfast was great, for old-style New England atmosphere and the staff was affable.

The staffs are nice and the food in the restaurant is also good. The location is easy to find.

We found bed bugs in the bed.. We called the front desk immediately, and the staff gave us new room and complimentary breakfast. They said it was their first time (believe it or not), but whether it's first time or not, I think bed bug problem is the worst thing you get when you stay in hotel so they should have been more careful when they clean the room.

The room I stayed in was charming and had an updated bathroom. The mattress needed replacement and the room was smaller than expected. It offered a good stay for those looking for historic ambiance, but improvements could be made for comfort. Great for a quick getaway.

Charming Atmosphere with Room for Improvement

The inn features a beautiful historic building with well-maintained grounds and a lovely outdoor dining area. Our Traditional Queen Room had an updated bathroom and an comfortable bed. It's conveniently located just a short walk from downtown, perfect for exploring the area. The breakfast selection could use a bit more variety and quality to enhance the experience.

Room size is quite small. Noticed noise from hallways and adjoining rooms, which may annoy light sleepers. The weak breakfast options and occasional delays in food replenishment during peak hours could use more attention for improvement.
